Women's Committee

Committee Meetings: First Wednesday Each Month
10am at 1515 Derry Street, Harrisburg

CRESC’s Women’s Committee aspires to be an advocate for female re-entrants, ensuring the inclusion of women’s issues in reentry efforts. The Committee’s focus is to increase awareness of challenges unique to women’s reentry, recognize specific barriers women re-entrants encounter, while collaborating with local stakeholders to support successful reentry of women after incarceration. The Women’s Committee seeks to identify services available to women in need
and to educate women on gender-specific resources available within the community.
