The first has been on-going for over two and a half years in collaboration with Dauphin County Probation & Parole Agency at 917 Gibson Blvd. every Thursday evening from 6:00 to 7:30. This program has been monitored and evaluated after the initial two years and has shown outstanding results.

Both programs award the participants with Certificates of Completion as well as having Court Fines reduced for active and consistent participation.
