PA Invitation To Qualify (ITQ) For Reentry Services

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections (DOC) and PA Board of Probation and Parole (PBPP) has announced that they are issuing an Invitation To Qualify (ITQ) to vendors who are interested in providing one or more types of reentry services.  The ITQ is being issued through the Department of General Services (DGS).  The ITQ consists of 11 "service categories" for services which are related to assisting reentrants with a successful return home after state prison incarceration.  The 11 "service categories" include Sex Offender Treatment, Day Reporting Services, Housing Assistance Program, Mentoring, Transitional Client Workforce Development Services, Family Reunification, Outpatient Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Services, Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, Outpatient Mental Health Services, Batterer's Intervention and State Intermediate Punishment (SIP).
